Frank C. Gradishar

Frank Gradishar earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Benet Academy in Lisle, Illinois and went on to graduate from Illinois Benedictine College (now known as Benedictine University) in Lisle, Illinois, with a Bachelors Degree in Literature and Communication. He also attended Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois where he majored in music and was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Frank is an experienced litigator and has tried over 20 cases to verdict in Cook County Illinois. He has also represented clients in over 100 mandatory arbitrations in Cook County as well as numerous bench trials and hearings on contested matters. Frank has handled personal injury cases, insurances litigation matters (both as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants, including insurance companies such as Farmers and Zurich), construction litigation cases, criminal matters and traffic cases before concentrating his practice in family law matters. Frank previously worked as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Chicago, Department of Law. Frank is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also the singer and bassist in a local cover band, The Brill Babies, and an avid golfer.
